My main roof was barrel tile and was done in 2005. Obviously the previous roofer did not do their job correctly so when they tried to tie into the main roof, there was no way to make it happen. This meant a new roof in addition to the flat roofs. Robert, the Production Supervisor, had to give us the good news! We went on the roof and they showed us what the problem was. So there was no choice on what had to be done. Robert gave us a price with in about an hour, Christina, again, helped with the financing since the price was a lot more than our previous quote. They had the permit pulled and was replacing the roof the next day. In 4 days we had a new roof and it looks Awesome! Miguel and his crew did a fabulous job. We would go up and look and Miguel would answer all of our questions. I HIGHLY recommend Kennedy Construction for anyone needing a new roof. Robert was only a call away and answered the phone every time. I appreciate the whole staff and all the help they gave us to make this happen quickly and at a very reasonable price. |
