Don Jackson has been wonderful to work with through this entire process. He has kept is informed every step of the way and helped us resolve issues when they have come up. He has educated us on things that we were unaware of pertaining to our insurance coverage and that has helped tremendously in navigating through this rebuild process. Don has always been available whether by phone, text or email to answer questions or give us an update on the repairs. He has made this process a lot easier for us especially since we are living 420 miles away while the repairs are being done. Art Construction especially Don has taken care of every aspect of the repair process which has taken a lot off of our plate because we have not had to arrange for and coordinate each of these services that we have needed. They stand behind their work as well as the work done by the sub contractors. |

The price was shocking, but all prices at that time were. They showed up quickly and the job looks professional. We had one leak that we just noticed of course after the interior ceilings were repaired. They came out the next day even considering this was holiday season, and was working on it right after Christmas. Seem to be really good folks. |
