Like many others, I learned about this company the hard way. My home had a small leak, BDR repairman Tony came over stating he was 99 sure he had found and was able to repair it. So much for that. Some time in between, BDR had made several trips in attempt to repair the leak with no success. Buyer Beware.

I hired this co. just to tarp off the flat top portion of my roof until I could re-roof it when i had the money. They came out and tole me they could repair it and that it did not need to be redone. Every time we've had a lot of rain for multiple day in a row the leak eventually come back. They've warrantied it for 10 years and I've already had to call them back 4 times for the same repair. I just had to call them again today as well. I was tole they might get to me a week and a half from now. I explained that the house is actively leaking when it rains and puddles are on the floor and they don't seem to care that what they "did" has failed and have no urgency to return to a job that they have already been paid for. I was also told that they would take pictures and show me what they had repaired and replaced wood if any and I never saw those. The women who answered the phone told me that coming back constantly to repair leaks is normal but from my understanding coming back constantly indicates they patched it for a quick buck and come back and patch it quickly again. A good job done right should never have to be readdressed until the materials used have aged. Meanwhile I'm left waiting with all my belongings and the drywall in the ceiling under the roof being damaged which they will undoubtedly not want to pay for. The women on the phone seems not to understand that a customer who's already paid for services that have failed hold a higher priority then others because after paying anything that fails with their repair beyond that is their liability. If their next fix fails again and I'm sure it will. I will be taking this Co. to small claims court to get back my money which was over 1,000.00 as well as the cost for repairing the damage inside and hire a competent Co. to come fix what they could not. I would not use this Co. for anything you have going on, their not very dependable.
