I believe the person I spoke with was ? Bobby. I explained to him we had damage to inside walls. After Serve Pro opened walls and determined we had no broken water, drain or otherwise pipes causing the wet walls, they started looking at the roof. They are fairly certain our roof is leaking around the fireplace. After explaining this to this very rude guy who called me back, as said the "chimney has nothing to do with our roof. I determined that we never want Pensacola Roofing to come near our home. I have knowledge of others who have had problems with this company. I rate the a negative 5 star or worse. BE WARNED! STAY AWAY; WAIT ON A RELIABLE AND COURTEOUS COMPANY WHO STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK. |
