He laid out a detailed schedule of what work was getting done on what day. I'm a very detailed oriented person so this was very important to me. From the materials getting delivered all the way up until the final inspection. Brian kept me in the loop, he took pictures of the progress and kept me posted on every detail. The pictures don't do the job he did justice on my house, I was very pleased with the whole experience, I will definitely recommend him and his company to all of my friends and family who are in need of a roof.
