I have been trying to get a roof replaced on a property I manage in Fort Lauderdale. We noticed a leak in Nov that had caused some mold in the house. They promised me they could begin in two weeks and have it done in about a month. They did get eh old roof off and made it water tight in a timely manor. Its been almost six months and we still don't have the new roof tile on. No one who answers the phone seems to know anything. Jessica seems to be in charge, but doesn't return calls. Frankly I don't know if they are even in business at this point. I understand we are dealing with a pandemic, but that has only been an issue for about three weeks. Most businesses are going out of their way to communicate with their customers. Not a word from these yahoos. Very unprofessional.

We could not be happier with how Bentley Roofing handled our Re-roof. The sales rep Luis explained everything and was extremely patient and went out of his way in helping us pick the right color shingle. Rudy was our project manager and he was professional, knowledgeable and responsive! He addressed all my questions and concerns immediately. This company really cares about the customer and I am very happy I found them!
