After waiting 3 weeks to have some one to come and fix the problem they came unprepared, not even a ladder to get to the attic and investigate the leak, pretended they fixed the problem from the outside, left and we didn't even noticed when they finished. no paper work to sign, no explanation of what they fixed; absolutely unprofessional. After that, we called the office to find out what the heck they fixed and a lady told me that they would let me know after 24 hours; no response after 24 hours and in the mean time the roof still leaking, it didn't even get better, same leak; they did absolutely nothing...
