G&W helped me with a tear-off and replacement on my home, I liked the fact they used quality materials throughout, excellent customer service from everyone we dealt with through the entire process. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

I just wanna start by saying that if G and W wants to contact me and make this right, I would be happy to change my review. You can check The reviews I leave. I am not a complainer and I do not leave bad reviews very often. As of now I have been dealing with trying to get the debris and nails and the scraps and trash cleaned that was left behind by the crew. I phoned the company and told them about the mess, and they gave me the phone number to the foreman whose name is Dave. I spoke to Dave on Friday and he told me his crew would be out here to clean it up first thing in the morning. On Saturday there was a no-show. I contacted David, and he said he would handle it. On Sunday there was still no cleanup. I texted David again, he said they would be here first thing Monday morning. On Monday morning at about a quarter till 8 AM two guys came out, walked around for about 15 minutes and picked up some trash. After they left, I went out to inspect and there were still nails in my neighbors yard and shingle debris In my front yard and on my walkway. I am including pictures of the mess. Please notice that Between my wife and I we had three nails go through our shoes. The second nail punctured my heel and caused a bloody mess. I'm just shocked that a company as big as GNW wouldn't do a better job cleaning up their mess from the customers property.
