| joey b | I moved to port st lucie from coral springs last year and I called Conti to come fix a leaking flat roof on my patio. I was quoted two prices at 800 or 1000 cash for a more permanent fix. I opted for the more expensive fix. They came out and coated the flat roof and supposedly redid the seam which they stated was the problem. They said 1 year warranty and the coating should last 15 years.The roof continued to leak. They came twice after the fix to again repair it yet the roof still continued to leak. My one year warranty is almost up and last I heard theyre saying the cause of my leak is my shingle roof? I asked how they misdiagnosed the problem and their response was "well the flat roof needed to be recoated anyway". They were supposed to come check it out again and its now been 2 months. Im done calling and I feel like I wasted 1000 for a useless fix and a bogus warranty. Spend your money elsewhere. I encourage them to reach out to me with a solution but they wont. |
