| Jones Thomas | Randy Yerger gutter company installed new gutters on a property down the street from us and it appeared that they did a good job. We needed gutters installed before leaving for the summer and asked them for an estimate. We got an estimate and scheduled an install. We did not hear back for a while and I called to inquire if they offered a cash discount and when thy were going to install as by now we only had a couple of weeks left before leaving. I was informed by Randy's wife that Randy was not going to honor the estimate and he gave no reason why. That meant there wasn't enough time to get someone else out to do the install before we needed to leave. This fall when we got back I had Applegrath seamless gutters come out and install our our new gutters. They were cheaper to begin with and gave me a discount for cash and removing the the old gutters myself. I do not recommend Yerger gutter company because of this bad experience |
