I am out of work on disability and we have only 1 income coming into the house. Chris was working with Habitat to identify a family who was in need of a new roof and, thankfully, we were selected! The SRS team went to work immediately. Julie set it all up and Ken made sure that the project was done perfectly. Chris, Julie, Nora and Ken are all very responsive to calls and texts. The professionalism of the whole team, including the installers, was incredible. We were kept informed of each step as it was completed. We received a high quality roof with all the accessories so that we met the wind mitigation requirements and were able to quality for a very large discount on our home insurance. They prioritized our installation so that we were able to have the new roof, wind mitigation and paperwork submitted with several days to spare. THANK YOU, SRS!! |
