I called Ryan friday to come look at my roof cause I had a leak he said he could come out monday no time given .so it was 2 oclock zi called to be sure he was still coming he said yes that it was still early and he would be out .then he called and 4 and canceled said he'd come the next day .ok nect day about the same was getting late and I cslled to see if he was coming again he said yes ill be there and again he called at 420 said not going to make it so said he'd be out Wednesday. So at this point getting pretty upset called him at 11 said I had stuff I needed to do is he definitely coming ..oh ya he said working rt over by you on a job im going to drop off the compressor to them and come look at your roof .ok waited 4 hours no show so I called him .he acted like I was bothering him he didnt have for people that only had a fix he wants only the big jobs.. well he could of said that but no he had me waste 3 days sitting waiting for him when he said oh ya im coming dont worry day is still early ..yet everytime he canceled. And really I called and asked ate you coming he should of said no your not worth my time ..so If this is the service you want go with them .but I called Tomas roofing on the 3rd day of canceling and Jimmy was out the next dat at 10am to fix my leak .. |
