I would like to share my story of this company. It started with a phone call last October to Mike like this things says he is hard to get a hold of. We got an estimate after the storm we had some damage and need 3 of our places to be tarped so we could get the insurance company out to look at the damage. In the rain his crew came and put tarps on all 3 roofs and did not ask for cash at the time as everyone else was asking for. We got the bill in our email that said thank you for your business attached were 3 estimates for the repairs and for full replacement. Like I said Mike was very hard to get a hold of but Allison was there to help and answer all of our million questions. It is a year later and we finally just got all 5 houses completed ugh!!! I know I said 3 but as a homeowner you know things come up. Allison worked with our insurance company to get them all the paperwork they needed she was amazing and Mike was always there looking after the crew up on the roof and making sure everything was done correctly. We also hired them for our complete kitchen and bath remodel and pictures will come soon. We are beyond happy with everything they have done for us. We figured out why Mike was so hard to get on the phone he is always working that is why is has office help. We were surprised to see this review and we will be using them for many more projects to come.

WHERE DO I START MIKE DARCY HAS DONE ROOFS FOR MY PROPERTY MGMT COMPANY FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS. EVEN WHEN HE WENT WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND OPENED UP HIS OWN BUSINESS HE KEPT HIS WORD ON HIS 10 YEAR WARRANTIES. IT IS HARD GETTING HIM ON THE PHONE BUT HIS OFFICE STAFF IS AWESOME AND IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP YOU. I HAVE UPSCALE PROPERTIES AND JUST YOUR RUN OF THE MILL PROPERTIES AND HIS STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY SHOW UP ON TIME, AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER., CLEAN UP ALL THE DEBRIS, RUN A MAGNET OVER THE YARD, DRIVEWAY, AND STREET AREA THEY WERE WORKING AND TRUCKS WERE PARKED TO ASSURE THERE ARE NOT NAILS OR METAL DEBRIS. IF THERE WAS A 6TH OR 7TH STAR I WOULD GIVE MORE

I recently bought a house that was refurbished by this company. The house looks great; but nothing works. This place totally sucks. Literally every plumbing fixture leaks. Toilet, bathroom sink, kitchen sink, hot water heater, washer drain, shower knob. This house is unlivable. I wish I could give zero stars. I hope this review cost this dude money; because he is going to cost me a ton of money. Totally ruined the fun of moving into my first home. Once I get the estimate from someone that knows what they're doing I'll post it up here so you can add that to the cost of a potential house you want to buy.
