I work from home, generally outside in my lanai, all day and was concerned about noise when I saw that Reed Roofing was replacing my across-the-street neighbor's roof this week, but they have been astonishingly quiet and non-disruptive, the crew has been polite and professional, the job site has been kept neat and tidy, and both the pace of their progress and the quality of their work has been top-notch. So, I had to give them a quick shout-out to show my appreciation. Great work, y'all! : If I ever need a new roof, I'll be sure to give you a call.

I can't say enough about the quality of work and excellent communications! I initially had a new roof and impact skylights installed. Todd and his amazing hard working staff, did high quality, professional job through the planning process, materials selection, and installation! Three month after my new roof installation I had a huge oak tree fall on our home causing significant structural damage to our dining area. I notified Todd and he was with us as the contractor every step of the way and including the insurance claim process. High quality, diligence, integrity, responsive, honesty, are not enough words to describe my experience with Reed Roofing! They are excellent and come highly recommended! Strung me along for months, and became increasingly impossible to get a hold of my e-mail or phone for weeks at a time, most of the time. And, Todd, I have proof, so don't try to deny it. Clearly someone at that company decided a customer about to commit to spending 10,000 was not worth their time. They ignored my e-mails or phone messages or someone deleted them before Todd got them. After four months, when I finally expressed by voicemail how frustrated I had become, after the last 20 days of trying to get a hold of Todd Reed, I receive an email saying he is cancelling my contract. I was trying to ask simple questions, such as, could someone at his office act as a notary for the permit, and what the best method of payment is for him. Apparently, asking questions is unreasonable, but having your customer wait for 20+ days without a response the long times of waiting for contact happened SEVERAL times in the last four months, is reasonable to them. This is what I get for trusting a contractor and giving them the benefit of the doubt, I guess. Maybe he doesn't treat all his rich customers like that, so I can't speak for them, but this was wrong, and the worst part is, he is acting like I did something wrong. Shocked, disheartened, and incredibly frustrated.
