We had a metal roof installed in December, Carlos was great from the start. The roofers went above and beyond on a few special requests that were completed as promised and if ever we had a question about something it was looked into promptly. Lost shingles during Irma. They put a roof on and it leaks worse now than the during Irma. They are not finished yet. 1- 15-18. Still waiting. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my 50 + years in Florida. They were the highest estimate. Caused more damage than Irma. STILL WAITING FOR REPAIRS!!!! Worst people rude, rude, nasty.

My husband and I just had our 20 year old shingled roof replaced with a metal one. We went around and priced out a few quotes from a couple different leading companies. Carlos Vasquez from Total Roofing Systems was by far the most cost efficient, knowledgeable about the product, and reliable! My husband is a DIY perfectionist when it comes to any big project so that's why he chose to go with Total Roofing Systems. They did a great job and they were able to get the roof done in such a short amount of time! From start to finish I would say it took about 5 days. Our neighbor was having a metal roof installed at the same time and they started the roof days before ours and finished days after! Any questions we had as far as on the job work were answered right away and with the utmost consideration. Every day on the job the roofers cleaned up everything that could pose a hazard. I have 2 small children so I was especially attentive to any debris that could be harmful to them. What was really neat was how the metal sheets were cut right out in the driveway! The metal isn't imported from some other country but, it's actually in house cut and made to order. I thought that was pretty cool. Overall, everything turned out to be greater than we expected! I'm so happy we went with Total Roofing Systems because now we know we have a quality roof that will stand the test of time! Thanks again Carlos! We truly appreciate your help and hard work!
