Dynasty was recommended by a good friend of mine and I am so glad i took her advice. Sal is terrific and they are very thorough in how they say the process is going to work and make sure you are aware of what the next steps are going to be. The installation was a one day affair and we were impressed at how quick but efficiently they worked. Anytime we have needed any information we have contacted Sal and he was always quick to respond. When we thought we had a leak shortly after the install, Robert from Dynasty responded quickly and discovered that instead it was an air duct that was leaking because of some air conditioning service we had done. He even recorded a video and sent it to us. Everyone at Dynasty building solution works together to make sure the customer is happy.

I ended up going with Dynasty building solutions. I think they sub-contracted the work. I hired a 3rd party to do a roof inspection once it was completed. Apparently the shingles package comes with some damaged shingles and they were not supposed to use those damaged ones. But the roofing guys did not remove those damaged ones and ended up installing many damaged shingles on my roof pics attached I contacted Dynasty and they sent a post production guy to remove those damaged shingles over 25 damaged ones, but basically I now have a new roof with over 25 patches! Post production guy who works for Dynasty said they should replace the entire shingles...but he said company of course won't do that. It might be a good idea to hire a 3rd party to inspect the work once its completed. Dynasty's staff are great, quick response. in my case I think the subcontractors did a poor job.

I was referred to Dynasty through a co-worker that recently had them complete some home renovations. I can honestly say that I am delighted that I chose to work with them as well. I had some storm damage to my roof and didn't know where to begin, I contacted the number given to me and within two days an employee was out at my home to inspect the roof and explained what needed to be done for the repairs. They were prompt and courteous and even during the holidays maintained the timeline that was told to me. I spoke to Brooke several times in the office and she graciously answered my countless questions. Sal educated me on the various roof types and helped me chose something that complimented my home well. I appreciated their knowledge and never felt like I was being pushed in a direction based on profit. The job was completed and my property looked better after they were finished than it had when they arrived. The expertise and professionalism they showed was exceptional and I highly recommend using Dynasty for any home renovations!
