From the moment I first made contact with Altec through the whole project, they were responsive, flexible, professional, courteous and timely. But more important than those qualities was the patience that the team had with me. Clearly explaining what the issue was, what the options to resolve were and then keeping me updated at every step in the process. The men even proactively identified a potential tangential risk to ensure that the work they were doing was sufficient to resolve the issue for the long term. I've not made a lot of recommendations. But I Highly recommend Altec. A truly class act. You will be relieved that they are working with you.

I was impressed with the initial survey and estimate that DJ gave. He came to the property, went up inside the attic to inspect the roof condition from the underside. He then used his years of experience, coupled with drone technology to get a better understanding of our roofing needs externally. I insisted that DJ supervise the project and he did. My only issue with the work crew, and it was minor - they left my property gate open for anyone to access the property when they left at the end of the day. The project was completed in one day, and under budget, as DJ expected it would be. I would use ALTEC again!

Altec”s staff were all professional and knowledgeable from start to finish in my roof repair. Everyone showed up on time and went the extra step to get things done. They have my greatest appreciation for helping me during this whole process.
