My family just recently purchase a home In the Davenport area and before closing on the house the previous owner had the roof replaced by Sheppard roofing services inc. Well one after while I was In the garage working on a project I noticed there was water dripping from the ceilingit was raining pretty good that day,so I look up in the attic and saw where the water was leaking through the roof. So I thought I would take some pictures and call the company that replaces the roof. When I called I told them the information that had and the lady looked up the contract and said I will have someone out there tomorrow morning first thing, I said okay great!!! They came and repaired the roof free of charge and we were happy! But then a few day later it got even better they sent us a copy of the original contract from the previous owner and then gave us a revised one with our info on it and honored the warranty till 2028!!!! There aren't many companys out there today that would go above and beyond like this company!!!

Sheppard Roofing is fantastic to work with! I have used them personally for many many years, and also highly recommend them to others. They put a tarp on a home for one of my elderly clients, free of charge, that lived out of state when she had no one else to help her. Their workers stopped what they were doing and carried in groceries for a 91 year old man when they noticed that he needed help. They moved quickly to get a home inspected and an estimate written up when I was on a major time crunch to get a roofing issue repaired. Top of the line work, fantastic customer service, and very cost effective. Thank you for all of the great roof repairs, and ALL of the other little things that you go out of your way to do. It truly means so much!!
