Carol Gray	Although the staff is friendly they are moving at a snails pace. I have not received adequate information and the building permit has not been submitted even though it has been 2 weeks and I have had a tarp on my roof since December 2019. I have to keep calling the territory manager,Jim Evans or sending emails to see if any progress is being made. I might add a tarp has been on my roof since the latter part of December 2019. The weather has been good and now is a good time to get moving and finished. I hope to be able to write a positive review when work has been complete. At this time I am not confident. I also would like to hear from somebody else at this company to explain why I have to ask for copies of important paperwork when it should just be sent automatically.
