Total Home Roofing – Roofing Contractor in Winter Springs, Florida

I had an appointment with this company this morning at 9 am. The sales person called me before 9 am asking if it is fine to reschedule this appointment afternoon sometime because roof inspector was late. I said it is fine no issues at all, then we had decided to reschedule around 2, 2:30 pm. He did not show, he did not call and I dialed his number at 3 pm asked him what is the company name again then I hang up. As soon as, I hang up with him he called me back saying he will be in my house in a few minutes, GPS is showing 7 minutes traffic is bad and so... He did not show up... It was almost little over then 4 pm he called me saying that he will be in my house soon. I said "please don't come to my house anymore no need to have any estimate price because I am not going to hire your company at all. I said last time when I spoke with you you said a few minutes not almost an hour. He insisted that he did not talk to me this afternoon at all. I said you kidding me right, I called you and asked your company name? You called me back right after. Then he remembered me however he went nuts.. Then called me again saying something that he didn't have any appointment with me there is a communication error, somebody put my information wrong.... Ohhh such a headache.. Please please we don't need any psychos, we have enough issues...

Jason Asher from THR was great to work with. He was very informative and explained the steps to complete the process. He is very customer oriented and did everything he could to get us the best product for the best price. Amber from the office was instrumental in making sure that the process went smooth and seamless with the scheduling and delivery of the materials. Josh, the field supervisor, was great. He made sure that crew had everything they needed to complete the work and went out of his way to help me out with some additional work that needed to be done. I'm very pleased and satisfied with the whole experience. This company is great.

To all of my fellow Firefighters, EMS, Medical personnel I would not recommend this company. We have had nothing but a horrible experience with them. We have enough stress on our jobs we do not need more.
