This company is outstanding! They helped me when I noticed a small leak to get to the insurance company and through the whole process with ease and professionalism. Shawn, the owner, is an amazing and knowledgeable business man. Cayce was an outstanding contact point and salesman and so easy to work with each time we talked, The crew that did the work was unbelievable to watch in action. They were early to start and worked diligently all day. They stayed after hours to finish the job and clean up. The property was left immaculate after tearing off an old roof and installing a new one. There were so many little extras they did to ensure a job done well and we could not be happier with our new roof! I highly recommend this company!

I have had many roofers knock on my door in the past and received much marketing from other companies, although the knowledge and professionalism of pro-stars insurance specialist was amazing. I was uneasy about filing a claim for replacement although they took care of everything and got my roof replaced for free! There were no surprises and the craftsmanship of their work and attention to detail was impressive. I would strongly suggest Pro-Star to anyone with an older roof interested in filing for a roof replacement.
