KTM Roofing is one of the best businesses I have worked with. I am the HOA Board president for our community and searched various contractors to replace the roofs in our town-home community. I came across KTM's information in the "Best Businesses in Forsyth" book that came in our mail. The quoting process was very quick and professional. You tell them what you need and they'll give you a fair and honest price. We had 7 units spanning multiple residences worth of roofs to replace in our neighborhood and it only took about 2 weeks to complete. Their team is very professional on the job site and makes sure to clean up after pulling down the old shingles every day on the job. Their project managers are always a phone call or text away from resolving any issues you might encounter as well. At the end of the project, they walk you around the completed work and make sure you are happy with the finished product. You also get a great long Workmanship Warranty on the work the provide. We'll definitely be using them again in the future for our roofing needs.

This is the second time I have had KTM out to do another small roofing job for our house. They come when they say they will, do the work at the price they quote you and actually come back to do the work in a timely fashion. I cannot say enough good things about them. I will call them for any roofing need we have. I found them in our church bulletin and they even give back to the church 10 if you ask them. All excellent work both times.
