We were told they needed replacement - that they were showing signs of wear and tear. Not only did this company misdiagnose our original leak leaving us to have to hire another roofer to fix that, but now we find that one pipe boot was improperly cut on install and needs to be replaced 13 months later. They only offer a 1 year Labor Warranty on new materials. USE CAUTION. Read the fine print and get multiple quotes.
