| Kevin Meyer | This company came out to snake out my system at my house. A week later, we realized that there is now a whole in our piping in our crawlspace. This was definitely not there before as I was under the house a few weeks before. The leak is from a busted out union. Fittings are stronger than piping, so I know that they caused it. We called twice and talked to different people. They were extremely rude and said that they didn't cause it. My pipes need to be replaced. This is before they even figured out my location. I asked to speak with a manager and they said “no way, we didn't cause it and we're not going to fix it”. Both people we spoke with were over the top rude and I was completely professional. If you want a company that doesn't stand behind their work, then hire budget sewer. |
