| Susan Clough | After finding out we had mold under our house and not just water damage, the mold became our main concern. Mr. Al at A-1 understood and was very nice about it. Finding mold anywhere just gives you that nasty feeling, but Mr. Al reassured us it was nothing we had done. Our project went from two floors being replaced,to all, but two, being replaced! I wasn't sure how our inssurance would cover this or how much hassle it would be. Well, there has been no hassle at all. We have spoke to the inssurance company a few times, but for the most part A-1 has done everything for us. The most I have done was pack a few boxes and pick out new flooring. In the future, if we need service like theirs again, no doubt I will be calling them FIRST! |
