J. W.	If I could give ZERO stars I would. TWICE I ordered a sink through Home Depot. Up until the date of delivery there was tracking info on the Home Depot site, THEN on the day it was due to be delivered Thermocast CANCELLED the order. They have added WEEKS to my kitchen remodel by cancelling TWO SINKS THE DAY OF DELIVERY!!!!! I waited over two weeks BOTH TIMES just to have Thermcast CANCEL the order on the day it was supposed to be delivered. And if you need to call them? Good luck. THEY DO NO ANSWER THE PHONE. EVER! The rep at Home Depot even tried calling them and NOBODY will answer the phone. I can see why. When you treat people like dirt you need to lay low. So the bottom line is Thermocast sells products they DON'T HAVE. I could have had my kitchen remodel DONE a few weeks ago but because of THEM I've had to order yet ANOTHER sink but I wised up and didn't order from Thermocast. My biggest mistake was ordering another sink from them after the stunt they pulled with the first one. BUYER BEWARE. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau AND the Federal Trade Commission. I'm pretty sure selling people products you DON'T HAVE is illegal. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
