| Aaron Hightower | They showed up next day for an Estimate which was a good start. They only measured the footprint of the house & counted Squares from the ground. Hmmm! Color samples were left with us to look at. Was told an email estimate would be sent that evening. Didn't happen. Mother's Day weekend. Ok, I can roll with that reason. A few calls later & still no estimate as of the Friday, a weekend & 2 Business Days later! When I called the final time to say "we are taking our business elsewhere" it still took two calls for them to retrieve their samples from our porch! They apparently didn't want to do our roofing job! |
