We are new to owning a building like this and have learned a lot in this process. They came out and quoted the job then when they sent the bill it was 300 higher than what they had quoted with no notification to me and after complaining they stuck with their quote. Then when it rained again 2 or the 3 leaks still leaked so we called them again and they fixed 1 of the leaks. I was then told the leak was coming from somewhere else and I paid them again to fix the leak which still leaked again after the next rain and they came out 2 additional times and the leak just moved to another area to which I was told they had to charge me again. I called another roofing company and they fixed it the first time so don't waste your time with Primm unless you enjoy spending a lot of money for no results! |
