| Ramekin | Horrible experience with this company. I have attached a before and after of their repair. You can clearly see daylight still coming through. I complained and got several stories as to why this repair was a "great job" to quote the owner. If you have a hole in your roof, expect them to use gobs of caulk to fix it. Ended up complaining and now they are threatening to come and rip what they did out instead of working with the customer. What company does that? Don't ever let these guys set foot on your roof. Huge waste of money having to pay them and now someone else to come and repair their repair. |

She came the same day that I called and actually pointed out things that both previous guys hadn't even mentioned to us. We were seriously impressed and my husband and I looked at each other and said she's the one. Let's get this thing going. The next day she had her crew out here to take care of our situation.
