Albert represents our area and arrived promptly and on schedule to show us our options to replace our storm-damaged roof. We signed a permission form so that Albert could deal directly with State Farm, allowing him to ensure that the new roof met all current code requirements. VERY HELPFUL: OC Roofing Systems does not require prepayment from the homeowner when there is an insurance claim involved. We asked other companies to give us a price on a new roof, but all of them, even Lowe's, required prepayment. The problem was that State Farm will only pay the claim AFTER the project is completed. In other words, the homeowner was required to front the money. Albert reassured us that OC Roofing Systems would accept payment after the job was finished and State Farm checks were endorsed and deposited. It ended up taking a couple weeks for the checks to arrive and then get properly endorsed, and Albert was great about having to wait for payment. AMAZINGLY, Albert's roofing crew was able to remove the old roof and completely install the new roof in ONE DAY!! This roof is quite large and steep in places, but Albert's team got it done without any problem. OC Roofing Systems is a clear standout. Unmatched professionalism and kindness from start to finish. There is no need to look any further. OC Roofing Systems will do a great job, on time, beautifully done and on or under budget. Fantastic! |
