| Les Morrow | Terrible customer service. Your time does not matter to them. Wanted to give them a chance because they are local. Called on 12/23 to request someone check out my roof that was leaking in multiple places. Young lady advised guys "would be in my area" the next day yes, Christmas Eve and would call me a call. I advised her that I needed a later appointment because I sleep during the day for work. The next day, they didn't call to say they were coming or not Strike 1. Then, I finally got a call back from Kyle on 12/30 week later. I called back and scheduled a time for Kyle to come out on 1/9. On 1/9 Friday, we waited around until an hour past the appointment time and called looking for him. The young lady checked and said that he had forgotten about us Strike 2. I asked if he was planning on still coming and she said no, he was stuck in Atlanta, but couldn't we just reschedule for Monday? There was no apology or concern at all. I complained that my husband had stayed home from work to be present for Kyle's visit on his birthday, BTW and that we'd wasted an entire afternoon waiting for--and subsequently being stood up by--Kyle. I agreed to reschedule for Monday at 3pm but I wanted someone who would actually care about my business and asked for the owner. She said she would check with the owner to see if that time worked for him and call me back. On Monday morning, I missed a call from B&W at a time when I had told them I had to sleep for work and they didn't leave any message telling me what was going on. I called back and left a message for the young lady to find out if we were going to be able to schedule with the owner or could expect him at 3 pm. I've never received a call back Strike 3 and it's been 3 weeks. I would advise calling another company because they apparently don't need your business nor care about your time. Seriously, how hard is it to schedule appointments and then show up for those appointments? |
