The Home Depot – Roofing Contractor in LaGrange, Georgia

The staff was very unprofessional in the way they handled our situation. My grandparents wanted to order counter tops from them and had someone do an estimate when they were in the store and told them the next step was for them to pay and then they would send someone out to measure within 48 hours. So we called the store to pay and they would not accept our payment over the phone because it was too large of a purchase. Which they never told us we would have to come back in the store to pay and schedule the person to come out Then I asked if there was any way for them to take the payment over the phone because I had the estimate already. Then they told me that the person that did the estimate did not log it in the computer so we were going to have to come up there again and get everything in the computer and then pay. I reluctantly agreed to have my grandparents go back up there even though they had to drive 45 min to the store and get a wheelchair with masks and make their way to the counter section. So they did all of this again and when they arrived at the store the people in that department weren't working that day and sent them home and said no one in the store could help them. I then called and asked to speak to the manager about this situation and when I explained everything to the manager he never once apologized and just said I will have someone call you. Well when I received the call from home Depot it was a worker in that department calling to explain how the process works to order counter tops. I knew how it worked but they were not working with us to get it done. Needless to say we will not be using them to do my grandparents kitchen counter tops.

We normally enjoy coming here, and we have spent a lot of money in this store! We have purchased brand new washer and dryer expensive may I add. Plus a every expensive refrigerator, and top line garage opener! So yesterday this sales representative wanted to be Mr nasty smart mouth and didn't understand nothing.....his last name is Lanier...so next time please check your attitude when dealing with customers that decided to shop at your establishment!

Great place to find project materials. We completed three projects after returning home with our finds. Not a lot of useable help from workers but they were friendly. All in all a pretty good experience and I would predict a return by us in the future.
