Thank you Mr. Shelley, you are a pleasure to talk to. Best Choice Roofing gets 3 stars based on the other employees involved in the roof installation process. The day of installation they did not bring enough roof shingles to complete the job and left without notifying that the job was not completed or when they would be back to finish. We had to reach out to figure when the job would be completed. One of the roof workers damaged the inside portion of a room's interior ceiling where a solar tube anchors. The employee initially denied the damage and said the damage had been there. After another employee admitted fault, an agreed amount was reached to pay for the damage. Currently, the roof seems to be properly installed so no complaints so far. Cleanup was average as we had to go back and finish cleaning up the many nails that were left behind. In summary, Mr. Shelley Smith who is fairly new to the company gets my appreciation and is highly recommended. Best Choice Roofing gets an okay. |
