Rock House runs a very smooth, stress-free operation. Talking with them about the process and questioning them based on my industry knowledge they know what they are doing and didn't cut any corners. They did everything they said they would. This re-roof was completed in a little less than 10 hours, with 2 crews. Houston and Chris were excellent to deal with and kept me informed of the goings on during the whole process. The crews did an unbelievable job, the yard was thoroughly cleaned afterwards, gutters cleared out, gutter guards re-installed and our new roof looks amazing. Thanks guys! |

He was on time, professional, and very helpful. He walked me through what was going with the leak and showed me pictures of where the damage was on the roof. He also helped me step by step with the insurance company. On the day I was in the hospital to deliver Houston came and met with the insurance adjuster personally to show him the leak and roof damage. Rock House Roofing was easy to communicate with and read through the contract with me to make sure there were no questions. They replaced our roof quickly and with no problems.
