BMW Construction Inc. Roofing Service Roof Repair Roof Contractor Windows Flooring – Roofing Contractor in Monroe, Georgia

After a few months my roof was leaking in the same area as the previous leak. New roof did more harm than good as this leak came through my ceiling. Many many phone calls and promises, failed appointments. Owner finally showed and fix the roof but not the interior damage. Claim he would be back after the 1st good rain. Months later after many more calls and fail appointments showed. Patch the sheetrock and said he would return to finish. Many more months, calls, texts, failed appointments returned did a horrible job with mud work, claimed he was going after paint, never returned. I hired someone to finish his job today. Never again. BMW construction failed my roof!!

Replaced my roof in one day and looks amazing. Finished the interior repairs 5 days later. Customer service was amazing and very professional. What separates BMW from all other contractors I've worked with in the past is their commitment to their customers. This company will not leave until you are 100 happy with their finished product. Last but not least, their crew is amazing! The group of guys were so nice. They even made sure not to damage my grass or flower beds. The one thing that blew me away more than anything else...their installers prayed together under a shade tree in the backyard before eating lunch. I won't use any other contractors from now on except BMW Construction. I would recommend them to anyone!

BMW did awesome work!!!!!! Everything they said they were going to do, They DID iT, in a very timely manner. My family is very happy with this company, will recommend them to anyone.
