| Betty Anne English | All is well until the job is secured and started. Lots of trash and nails left on my property after the roof was completed. Damage was done to the coil stock on my house. Shingles with broken edges installed. It was hard to see this upon first inspection and completing the transaction. It has been a year and a half and I am STILL picking up nails. Gutter was hauled off and NOT replaced. The roof has waves in it and I was assured it was the winter cold and they would lay down once the roof "settled" and the shingles "bonded". Been trying since completion to get a call back from Derrick Darnell, the owner. I have also tried going through my insurance agent to get them to contact him. They say they have told him numerous times to call me. Would NOT use them again. I think the time I have waited has been sufficient. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!!!! Hopefully I will never need warranty on this work or the product. If I can't get him to complete the job I sure won't be able to get warranty work should it be needed. Very disappointed as DJ's came HIGHLY recommened. |
