| Thomas Howe | Saturday morning upon returning from golf I prepared to take a shower and found I had no hot water. I called Williams Sewer and Drain 24 hour emergency service and was told a tech would call me back, I had a call from Evan in about 20 minutes, I explained my problem and he was as at my resident shortly after. Unfortunately, the water heater was not repairable and we discussed what model would be best for my house and scheduled a time for installing the new Rheem gas water heater. On the day of installation, he called to let me know he was on the way, he and Tyler arrived shortly and started work immediately. They were though and quickly emptied/removed the old water heater and installed the new. They ensured all code requirement were met, tested for leaks and ensured I had hot water before they departed. They provided excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Williams Sewer and Drain to anyone with plumbing needs. Thanks again Evan any Tyler |
