HomeCraft Gutter Protection – Roofing Contractor in Winder, Georgia

I can't figure out if the reviews on this website regarding this company are fake or not because our experience was NOT good. Lots of training goes into the sales pitch and the diamond gutter guard product they promote appear to be good quality, but they FAIL to inform you that they use subcontractors for installation. Workers do not wear HomeCraft shirts as pictured on their website which is misleading and 3 out of the 4 workers that came to our home were inexperienced.The main worker had to come back to seal gutters which were leaking and were installed by his workers. Warranty department was rude and talked down to us. Once you pay your money, you will never hear from the salesperson. Now we discovered that a gutter was installed away from the downspout and toward the house where we had a huge water problem, which is why we bought new gutters in the first place. Not even worth calling the warranty department to get talked down again and plus they send the original crew back. They don't even have a legitimate service department. Very disappointed, Misled, will NOT recommend. Not one person has reached out to us from HomeCraft. Such a shame and we paid good money. Do your homework and DON'T go with this company.

Victoria was good presenting the product. Answered all the questions we had. We were able to get next day install which I could not believe. Install took about 3 hours. Mark the installer was awesome. Very polite and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Looking forward to the next rain, lol. Thanks
