| Janet Reynolds | Worst customer service ever. Home Depot has been our go to store for years in the Fort Worth area. Since moving to Kona we have found that the customer service is very poor. Today we came to buy tools and supplies for our flip among these were the saw horses. So they had the display sitting in the front by the registers see photo. We were told someone could help us in lumber. We went to the aisle and asked the man if he could help find them or scan the ones there. He reluctantly scanned 2 then said these are 25. We told him we wanted to buy the 28 in Husky ones on sale for19.95 and that they had a display with one at the front of the store he then yelled "Go buy that one." We kindly explained they only had 1 not a set. I then said I'll go to customer service and see if they can help. We have never experienced such rude, unhelpful and hostile behavior at any other Home Depot and we spend tens of thousands for building supplies for our flips each year. We have found that Lowes is well organized and truly customer service oriented and we certainly appreciate that. Needless to say we will do our best to buy everything there in the future. |
