Kimo is wonderful. He answered all our questions and helped us file our insurance claim. However, the reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because I feel Kimo needs to make his supervisor and representative more knowledgeable on handling customers when Kimo is out of town. Coming to our home when our solar heater wasn't working properly after they reinstalled the panels and then have the person stand there and keep on saying “I don't know” does not show ability. Rep said they would get back to us but didn't call for 3 days and in the meantime we had to call another company to come solve the problem because we didn't know what would happen if problem wasn't fixed ASAP. If Kimo has been in town I am sure we would have had a less stressful result.
