The estimator showed up on time and provided good information. This was on a 5/25/18. When leaving, he said they are busy and would get us the estimate the following Thursday, 5/31/18. This wasn't a problem for us. When we didn't receive it by Monday, 6/4/2018, I called and left a voicemail. When I didn't get a call back or the estimate by that Friday, 6/8/2018, I called again and talked to someone who said we should get the estimate the following Monday or Tuesday, 6/12/2018. We never received it.
