They were sloppy with cleanup, but did finally come out and cleaned up most of the nails, shingle pieces, etc. They bent the fireplace exhaust....and numerous calls, and promises they'd fix it did not work. They stopped returning calls, and the pipe is still bent. Overall, I'd say they were fair in price, but very poor in customer service. I've sent at least 7 people, and their money - somewhere else.
