Customer service is greatly lacking as is employee working knowledge of items stocked and what the store actually has in stock. Getting one particular female employee's attention and help makes the customer feel like you are somehow intruding and wasting her time. This individual worked at Ace at one point with the same subpar attitude. The extra minimal time it takes to get to friendly, knowledgeable and better stocked Ace is well worth it.
