They told us they would replace our skylight and credit us 500 for the inconvenience. This was 9 months ago. They made zero contact with us in regards to the repairs/replacement. We used the left over money set aside for them, to contract with someone else for the repairs. They said they would do it now but seriously, it's been 9 months now and it's the middle of winter! Do not recommend!!!!!!
