From the initial phone call with their secretary Helen, all the way to the end with their service professional Tom Farmer, they were kind, polite, respectful, fast, and efficient! They possess the tool, knowledge, and intuition to get the job done! They even wore boot protectors as to make sure nothing got left on my carpet from their walk through. Outstanding customer service and they got the drains fixed! Thank you so much, very highly recommended!

Incredible service from the time of the first phone call. I had called my insurance company on Sunday after finding out that my water bill was so high since last September now Jan. I had surgery so didn't pay attention to water bill since on auto pay. Insurance said they would have someone call Monday am. Got call 8:30 am Monday from Helen incredible personality that emanates wanting to help you. Helen kept me up to date on all service calls for 2 days until job was done. Technicians Cody, Colton and Max explained each step in the process and had the leak located and fixed in 26 hours from the first visit. Very knowledgeable, informative and made me feel secure in their work. There was was a mammoth of tree roots from a very large tree. Max is a master with an excavator. They cleaned up my yard and did it all while it was raining. I would recommend them for any size job. Greatest staff of people I have worked with.

I liked Tom who installed heater, he did a good job. Wickstorm Co. should have two guys working together. He installed a 50 gallon tank on his own. I hate to see his back go bad lifting a large and heavy tank. He had to go out and get parts during installation. He stated his company is getting him a new truck so can have all parts and vent tubings; so he does not have to use just a F250 Pickup. 50 gallon water heater was 2028, includes city permit and inspection. It looks good, and very happy with work done. Showed me how to start water heater.
