| Jacob Martin | Really liked the technicians and they did great work!!! However, labor time was a joke Like I said, techs were nice and did great work. We were over charged two hours of labor and his justification was drive time. Took them two hours to do job and he charged two hours of drive time and they are located ten minutes from my house. Figure that math. Kinda bummed cause I was going to have them do our heating and cooling furnace but not now!!! Also kinda BS they think it is ok to charge 140 an hour for two techs to drive from point A to point B. Make sure to ask what they are going to charge for driving around town. |
| Rod Bateman | Barlow's is the best. They came out to replace a furnace sequencer, it lasted about three months. I called about 9am and they came out that same morning to replace the sequencer at no charge, turns out they received a bad batch from the manufacturer. They also replaced the filters, adjusted the fan speed for peak performance, and wired my smart thermostat so that I wouldn't have to use batteries. Did all this without being asked. Great outfit to work with and I highly recommend. |
| Standard Nerd | If you are looking for a company that will give you an estimate and then charge you double that, then Barlow's is the place for you! They did a good job overall hence the 3-stars but it's quite surprising when you get a bill for double the price you were quoted without any additional changes in the scope of work. Get everything in writing folks. |
