Pocatello Bartlett Homes and Roofing – Roofing Contractor in Pocatello, Idaho

Bartlett Homes has time and time again proved My home and my family mean nothing to them. After starting a claim with them in April they still have not finished the project in December. A project as we were told should take 6-8 weeks to complete. Problems keep arising as they partnered with a claims department. The claims company became burdensome and Bartlett instead of helping us through the issues, dropped us and would not assist in any negotiations. A problem they placed us in. They did finish the roof after months of phone calls. I would even go as far to say it looks good but the job looks unfinished. The siding for the house remains untouched. They still have not made an attempt to do anything on the siding. Now they are furnishing an invoice to me stating they are done and payment is demanded in full. and that the siding is a different division than the roofing. I would go to say that the is the most terrifying, poor, and miserable service I have ever received and would council all to stay away from Bartlett Homes. Buyer beware.

Andrew was extremely valuable for us in terms of troubleshooting our roofing issue and recommending solutions. He came to our house numerous times to consult with our insurance agent and insurance adjusters...with no guarantee that he would be given the work. He was always quick to respond and he is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. I highly recommend Andrew for any roofing project.

Great job!! They started the roof on the day we scheduled it. The crew was polite and professional. They laid tarps down on the ground to catch any debris from the roof. It made clean up fast and easy. They cleaned up after the removal process before they started laying new shingles. They took the roof all the way down to bare wood and replaced any damaged wood. They worked through the entire day only taking a short break for lunch. Total time on the project 12 hours.
