New Heights Roofing – Roofing Contractor in Post Falls, Idaho

February 1st 2020 Post Falls experienced a "Devil Wind" that ripped through our area. Sections of my roof tore off. Will gave us a prompt and acceptable bid, even visiting me in a recovery center for a heart surgery, bringing a brochure of choices and scope of work. The entire crew is a wonderful , highly skilled team. Highly recommended, they go above and beyond.

I cannot recommend New Heights enough. From inception to completion, this roofing company was extremely responsive and professional. We had extensive damage to the entire front side of our roof. The roofing team was great and worked hard to get the job done before the weather started. Will McGuire responded to all of my inquiries quickly and, in addition, he worked with our insurance company to provide a plethora of photos and documents to ensure our claim was fully processed. Our insurance adjuster commented that Will was extremely helpful, and it made his job easier. Happy to have found New Heights to repair our home.

So, to all who are reading this, I am not a guy who reviews every service I receive or purchase I make. That said, this company was awesome from the initial bid to the job finish. We had a tree fall on the house and they reroofed the whole thing in a week. Will McGuire was the foreman/face of the company and made everything run flawlessly. He is knowledgeable and professional about roofing products and procedures and is able to explain that to the customer. Will's crew is equally as professional and courteous and a hard working group. Our new roof looks great and their no leak guarantee gives us peace of mind. If you're in the market for a roofing company look no further these guys are as good as you'll find anywhere.
