Burt and crew arrived on time in the morning and proceeded to do an excellent tear off of the old, and efficiently putting the new roof on--adding some extra roof vents for me, and they made sure to do an appropriate clean up before leaving. I appreciated how he talked with me before the roofing day- discussing options and carefully explaining to me what the issues/problems on my old roof were. Working with Quality Roofers was great. My roof ended up being more of a project than either they or myself had planned, and Burt Sr. was extremely helpful in coordinating with carpenters and siders to make sure that my roof was done right from the bottom up. This was the first roof I have had done, so understanding the timeline for this project was challenging as this led on on over a few months through the winter, but Burt was patient with my questions and has since followed up to make sure I was happy with the outcome.
