| Nick Darimont | ABC was the supply company that my roofing company used to deliver all the roofing supplies for my house. When they delivered the supplies to my house they damaged my driveway. The driver drove their large material deliver truck, which was a tandem rear axle with a third rear tag axle for weight, into my asphalt driveway on a 90+ degree day. This truck was fully loaded as well. They then set the outriggers down in my driveway as well to use the crane on the truck to un load the supplies. I have video of all of this and informed my roofer and they contacted ABC to let them know. ABC never reached out to me and my roofer had to call them again. They still did not reach out but their insurance company did. They sent out an appraiser who "conveniently" could not be there when I was to inspect the driveway. They then called and offered me 631 dollars for the damage. They caused large structural damage to my driveway and could not even contact me and their insurance company only offered me 631 dollars. When I questioned the insurance company they told me to bad that's the only thing they will offer me. This is horrible and I hope ABC will reach out to me to resolve this issue. |
